About this effect

What happens
in your video.

A large red present with a gold bow shakes beneath a glowing Christmas tree. The lid pops off and you burst out from the waist up, arms wide and grinning as ribbon and confetti fly. You look into the camera and say "Surprise! Merry Christmas!" in an AI generated voice, then laugh and wave both hands as confetti settles on your shoulders.

The best thing in the box turns out to be a familiar face with a loud holiday greeting. Send the surprise to a friend opening presents, a partner celebrating elsewhere or the family group chat on Christmas morning.

The sample features an AI generated fictional adult woman. Upload one clear front facing or half body photo of a consenting adult with their face visible. The voice is AI generated; facial likeness, speech, box movement and confetti can vary in your result.

Works best

  • One adult, face clearly visible
  • Soft, even light on the face
  • Selfie or framing from the waist up

Avoid

  • Sunglasses, masks or hands over the face
  • Group photos or tiny faces
  • Photos of children
