Your photos deserve clear boundaries.
What we process
We process account details, prompts, uploaded media, generated results, purchase records, and first visit source information to provide this service, restore access, and measure how it is used.
Your creations
Creations are unlisted by default. Anyone with a share link can view the creation. It appears on the public wall only after you explicitly opt in. You can remove it from the wall through its creation page; doing so does not revoke an existing share link.
Service providers
Generation requests are processed by the configured AI provider through our server relay. Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store full card details. Email delivery uses Cloudflare Email Service when configured.
First visit attribution
A first party browser record remembers the initial landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters. This information is attached to account and purchase events. Browser storage may be unavailable; attribution is then incomplete.
Your choices
Request account deletion from your account page; for access or correction, email support@inreel.app. Transaction records may need to be retained to resolve payments or meet applicable obligations.
Security and abuse prevention
A browser derived device fingerprint is used to limit repeated free credit claims and protect accounts. It uses device and browser properties; it does not read your contacts or files. Uploaded photos are sent only as part of a generation request.
Storage and retention
Account, purchase, request, and generation records are stored to provide the service. Media may be processed and hosted by service providers in other countries. You can download your work and request deletion through your account or support. This is a request process, not an immediate self service deletion. No precise deletion deadline is promised by this policy.
