Terms of use
Terms for using inreel.
Operator and service
inreel (operated by an individual developer) provides Credits for AI photo to video effects. Email support@inreel.app for support; our target response window is 48 hours.
Eligibility and your content
You must be 18 or older to use inreel. Human portraits must show consenting adults; pet templates accept pet photos only, with no people. Upload only material you have the right to use. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people shown in it. Do not impersonate a person or imply their endorsement.
Acceptable use
Human portraits must show consenting adults; the pet template accepts only pet photos. Follow the subject count requirements for the selected effect. Do not upload or request sexual content, exploitation, unlawful material, abuse, deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual imagery, or infringement. Do not evade service security or payment controls. These effects use preset creative directions. This site does not independently screen uploaded photos. Review every result before sharing; prohibited content remains prohibited.
Credits and delivery
Pack contents and generation credit costs are shown before purchase or generation. Credit packs are single purchases with no automatic renewal. Failed generations return reserved credits. Free videos include an extra 1.5 second inreel.app end card. New videos created after you buy credits or redeem a paid activation code have no end card. Buying credits does not change existing videos or jobs already in progress. Output preferences are handled under our refund policy.
Activation code purchases
You can buy without an account and receive an activation code after payment confirmation. Save the code yourself. Lost activation codes cannot be recovered or replaced, and support cannot process requests to recover or replace them. You may move the remaining credits into a verified account once.
AI limitations
Images and videos are generated by AI. Results may contain errors and may not exactly preserve your appearance. Samples feature AI generated fictional adults or generated pets and are labeled AI generated sample. They show actual generated output, not customer results or endorsements.
Consumer rights
These terms do not remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support if the service fails to work as described.
