About this effect
What happens
in your video.
An ordinary room becomes a sunny backyard with a green lawn and string lights. The outfit changes to a casual button down shirt.
The person raises a hand in a friendly salute and says "Happy Father's Day!" once, then gives a confident thumbs up and a proud smile.
Keep your face clear and centered; the salute and thumbs up need space beside the head. The sample features an AI generated fictional adult man.
Works best
- One adult, face clearly visible
- Soft, even light on the face
- Selfie or framing from the waist up
Avoid
- Sunglasses, masks or hands over the face
- Group photos or tiny faces
- Photos of children

Good to know
A little clarity
before you create.
Can a son or daughter use this to greet their dad?
Yes. Use your own portrait to send a greeting, or a consenting adult portrait you have permission to animate.
Is the salute military?
No. It is a casual, friendly hand raise before the greeting.
What is in the backyard?
A green lawn, a fence and string lights in afternoon sun.
Can I use my dad's photo?
Yes, with his permission. It then looks like he is sending the greeting himself.
